For me, two elements are key to successful art. First, it must be strong and vibrant; strong and vibrant in that it offers a path to a special place, a special time, an unexpected memory, or a new experience. Its vibrancy draws one in; its strength holds one in the experience. Second, the work must be well executed, of the highest quality.
